YEREVAN.- Armenia?s security can and must be ensured only with the help of Russia. NATO cannot ensure our security, head of Communist Party Ruben Tovmasyan said.
?European structures cannot serve an example for us, as Europe is being destroyed,? he told reporters on Wednesday.
One of the key tasks of the president must be Armenia?s joining the Eurasian Union, the initiative belonging to Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Asked about Armenia?s policy towards Azerbaijan, Tovmasyan said, if elected a president, he would work to reach self-determination of Nagorno-Karabakh and would pursue a policy of suppressing Azerbaijan.
